I’m a Women's Health Physiotherapist & a Birth Doula as well as a Prenatal Yoga, Pilates & Barre instructor
I am passionate about serving, supporting & empowering new mums by combining my physiotherapy-expertise & my knowledge of birth with the eastern philosophies of yoga & Ayurveda!

You can start at any time during your pregnancy. The earlier the better! There are classes specifically designed for morning sickness and short 10-minute classes for those who aren't feeling up to much in the first trimester. If you have a high risk pregnancy, it is recommended that you check with your GP or Obstetrician prior to exercising.
The Support course starts on 27th June 2022 and runs for 8-weeks. This is a flexible program that offers the benefit of implementing routines and lifestyle changes at your own pace. The course content will be available for 6-months from when you start the course to allow you plenty of time to catch up on any lessons that you miss. You will also receive a 3-month subscription to our online studio at the completion of your course.
Our course caters for all levels from complete beginners to advanced. Run by a physiotherapist these classes are specifically designed for ALL women and will be tailored to each individual’s needs. You don't need to have any previous yoga, pilates or barre experience to enjoy the classes.
Then this is the perfect course for you! We have a selection of yoga and pilates classes that are specifically designed to treat pelvic girdle pain and lower back pain!
Yes, this course has been built with passion and physiotherapy-expertise, with my soul intention to best serve and support you and I want you to be 100% happy. This program requires commitment, time and energy and isn't for you if you are not able to give it that this pregnancy! If after 14-days, and having completed the modules and classes you do not feel that this program is for you, I will refund your investment no questions asked!

I have been guided by Caitlin and using her online studio throughout my entire pregnancy. At the start of my pregnancy I had pelvic girdle and back pain but on Caitlin’s advice and exercise program I have managed to avoid any further flare ups and I have had no more pain - I am now well into my third trimester and I love being able to do my physical exercises and mindfulness practice at home online - I feel truely supported by Caitlin as I prepare for birth.

I saw Caitlin in my pregnancy, thinking I was going to learn how to pelvic floor and perineal massage but I learnt so much more AND she hooked me up with her incredible app for my stage of pregnancy until full term which made me feel so comfortable with the knowledge and movement tailored to me. I loved having the guess work taken out of what was safe at this time and loved the ease of being able to follow along with exercises for exactly my stage of pregnancy.
I also appreciated having just a few things that I could accomplish every day, I definitely attribute a lot of my healthy birth experience and recovery to my daily movement and learning all about the pelvic floor through her. app and in person with Caitlin. The daily tasks created the consistency to delve into body awareness in preparation for birth, to care for my body and my bubba's, every day.

I worked with Caitlin throughout my pregnancy both as my women’s health physio and with her guidance through regular prenatal pilates. She assisted me with pelvic girdle pain and pelvic floor preparation for birth, and this kept me active right to the end - I was able to keep running well into the second trimester and did my last Pilates class with Caitlin the week before I gave birth!
This work during pregnancy definitely contributed to a straightforward delivery and recovery and I will continue to recommend her program to my pregnant friends.
