Restore your core is an innovative app-based program that provides education and short classes to help new mums safely return to exercise and build a strong core and pelvic floor after birth. Unlike most online programs this course is tailored specifically to each individual by an expert Pelvic floor Physio!
Here’s what you can expect:
Personalised, affordable, and easy to complete, Restore Your Core is the perfect exercise program for new mums to regain their strength after giving birth!
You can start the program from as early as 4 weeks postpartum. After sign up, you’ll be redirected to a form to select your program start date, your stage of recovery, and any injuries or pelvic floor concerns you may have, so the exercises can be tailored to your needs.
The classes are only 10-minutes long, so you can easily catch up on any missed days. If you miss a whole week, we can repeat that week in your program.
On completion of the 8-week program, you will get 6-months access to all of the classes, as well as an additional library of pilates workouts and yoga classes.
This program is perfect for you, as we have a selection of yoga and pilates classes that are specifically designed to heal ab separation and support prolapse. For the best results, we recommend purchasing the Ultimate Restore Package to receive expert advice from a Pelvic Floor Physio and ensure the program is designed specifically for you.
Yes, if you’re Australian and have private health insurance, you can receive up to a $150 rebate on the Ultimate Restore Program depending on your level of cover.
You won’t need any extra equipment! You will receive a carefully selected pilates equipment pack to ensure variety and gradual resistance is added to your workouts! Your equipment pack includes: Resistance Bands, Booty Bands, Sliders, Pilates Ball and a Trigger Ball!
Yes, you’ll receive an email with your program, and you can open it in any web browser or stream it to your TV.
The classes are only 10-minutes long and are designed to be easy for new mums to complete each day. By the final week of your program, there will be some 20-minute classes to challenge you further.
