Nathalia
I’m originally from Brazil and I have a degree as a physio. I’ve been working with Pilates for over 15 years, and it’s truly my biggest passion after my two little girls, of course. I genuinely love helping people improve their wellbeing through movements, always bringing lots of motivation and a good sense of humour to each session. It’s a real pleasure to take care of others through what I love most.
Gracie Purvis
Hey beautiful mummas!
My name is Gracie, I am super passionate about movement, meditation and inspiring women to ignite the knowing that everything they need is already within them.
I finished my yoga teacher training many moons ago as meditation, movement and yoga have been some of the most healing modalities for me.
Being a mumma myself, I know how important connection is, to yourself, to your bodies, to your baby, to your community – that’s why this space at Her Studio is so special.
You are infinite mumma!

Jess
Hi, I’m Jess! I’m a mum to a very energetic toddler, and it was becoming a mum myself that really sparked my passion for supporting mothers’ wellbeing.
I’ve been practicing yoga for years, but once I experienced how much it helped me through the ups and downs of motherhood, I knew I wanted to share it with other mums. That’s what led me to complete my yoga teacher training—so I can help create a space where mothers can unwind, recharge, and feel supported.
My classes are all about giving mums some much-needed “me time” (because we all know how rare that is!). Expect a mix of gentle movement, breath, and relaxation, with a focus on helping you feel both grounded and uplifted.
Motherhood can be a wild ride, but I believe having a community and a bit of yoga magic makes it a lot lighter. I can’t wait to meet you on the mat!
Nicole Zaninni
Nicole is a mum herself to two boys. Outside of her dedication to Birth Buddies and changing the way babies are currently being born, you’ll likely find her in the surf or on a camping or dirt bike adventure with her boys.
She has a holistic approach to teaching yoga that expands far beyond asana (yoga poses) and incorporates intention, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation to bring awareness to the mind and discover ways we can observe rather than engage with the noise it creates. Living in the world we do, we may sometimes get caught up in it all and spend prolonged periods of time in the sympathetic nervous system (fight/flight). Nicole’s yoga classes provide guidance and encourage curiosity to discover your own inner teacher and ways to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system where spontaneous healing and an ‘unlearning’ of old ways no longer serving you occurs.
She specialises in pre and post natal exercise and has a background in teaching adults at a tertiary level. She also has extensive experience working in research, mental health, and women’s advocacy.
Nicole is extremely passionate about delivering Hypnobirthing Australia’s™ Positive Birth Program™ and sharing resources and knowledge that she knows will positively impact your journey through birth and into motherhood (matrescence). She also doesn’t take herself too seriously, so you’ll have some fun along the way!
