You can start at any time during your pregnancy. The earlier the better! There are classes specifically designed for morning sickness and short 10-minute classes for those who aren’t feeling up to much in the first trimester. If you have a high risk pregnancy, it is recommended that you check with your GP or Obstetrician prior to exercising.
The Support course starts on 27th June 2022 and runs for 8-weeks. This is a flexible program that offers the benefit of implementing routines and lifestyle changes at your own pace. The course content will be available for 6-months from when you start the course to allow you plenty of time to catch up on any lessons that you miss. You will also receive a 3-month subscription to our online studio at the completion of your course.
Our course caters for all levels from complete beginners to advanced. Run by a physiotherapist these classes are specifically designed for ALL women and will be tailored to each individual’s needs. You don’t need to have any previous yoga, pilates or barre experience to enjoy the classes.
Then this is the perfect course for you! We have a selection of yoga and pilates classes that are specifically designed to treat pelvic girdle pain and lower back pain!
Yes, this course has been built with passion and physiotherapy-expertise, with my soul intention to best serve and support you and I want you to be 100% happy. This program requires commitment, time and energy and isn’t for you if you are not able to give it that this pregnancy! If after 14-days, and having completed the modules and classes you do not feel that this program is for you, I will refund your investment no questions asked!
